Who will be in my home?

The Cleaning Ladies hires cleaning professionals who meet our strict standards of work ethic and background. All crew members cleaning your home are insured and bonded.

Do I have to do anything before my cleaning day?

In order to give you the best value for your money and do an efficient job, we ask that you straighten up the night before. All clothes, papers and toys should be picked up the night before.

Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

This is not required. If you are not home please leave a key for us and we will ensure it is put back where you left it. You are welcome to leave a key for us to keep at our office. Only authorized personal have access to it and strict security processes are followed to ensure they are not lost or missing. If we are not able to get inside your home on your scheduled cleaning day due to a key not being left, a $25 trip fee may be charged.

What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning day?

Please give us at least a 24 hour notice for changes to your scheduled cleanings to prevent unnecessary trips. Voicemails can be retrieved 24/7 (832-930-5775). A $25 travel fee may apply if we do not get sufficient notice of a cancellation.

How do I pay for the services?

The Cleaning Ladies accept credit / debit card payments through a secured payment processing link. All we need is your email address to send you the payment link and you will enter all your personal and card information securely. We never see any of your information.

What should I do if I own pets?

Yes, please let us know if you have pets. Putting any pets away would make our cleaning process easier and prevent any potential incidents.

What if I have items I do not want cleaned or touched?

Please let us know if you have any special cleaning requests or things we should not attempt to clean, especially items that are considerably valuable.
